Roof Is Done Exterior Painting Again

I’m calling Grace’s roofing sealant done. I still need a solution for the warping, but I’m not purchasing a new roof so the ponding may just have to be what it is. And I’m not going to think about that ridiculous dent curbside at the cabover.

I need to actually install her MaxxFan. But for now it’s doing a great job of filling the hole and not leaking. I am not touching the shiny tape over the hot water heater door location until I get the flooring finished. There’s no sense in messing with it now and the tape(plus some of the old door parts) is doing a fine job keeping the weather out. I have no idea where I’ll get a stove vent. I had purchased a plastic one and I’m not happy with it. It’s too small and will require a backing to work. So that tape remains for now too. Maybe I’ll paint over it to help disguise its largeness.

This morning I primed the exterior door front and back, the interior of the storage door and painted the upper white areas with an additional coat of…white. 

After lunch I’ll get to the red and hoping to finish that today. Maybe I’ll even get yellow and blue done too! Well, I can dream right. 

Tomorrow my windshield glass appointment for Joy the van will be at 12-5pm. So I probably won’t get any work done during those hours. And of course Cody gets home about 4:45pm.
