Beginning The Exploration Phase

The first fun thing I found was a package of owner documents inside an upper cabinet that included her original sales receipt and title. Grace was not a 1975 as originally thought. She is in fact a 1966 Holiday Rambler 20G with duplex. The 20G means she measures 20’ from tongue of the hitch to her rear and she has a “gaucho” bed. The gaucho is a full size bunk bed in the back that folds down for sleeping over the rear couch that itself converts to a full size bed. The duplex, also called a cabover, is another full size bed in the front over the dinette area that also converts to a full size bed. Wow! Four full size bed locations. Grace could accommodate up to eight people sleeping in that 17.5’ space.

Unfortunately she did not come with the drop down table. But she did come with lots of fun features like the Silent Butler, a duel ashtray and lighter set up on the dinette ledge.
